Return & Refund Policy for AisaladBar
At [Your Store Name], customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we use Printify for our print-on-demand products, the following policies apply:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide a clear photo of the issue.
- Once approved, we will either reprint and resend the item at no cost to you or issue a refund.
Wrong Item or Size:
- If you receive the wrong item or size due to an error on our part, please reach out within 30 days with photos and details of the mistake. We will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- However, please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection if the product was made as ordered. Please ensure the correct size is selected when placing your order.
Order Issues (Non-Delivery):
- If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please report non-delivery within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse:
- Since all products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (unless the wrong size was sent due to an error on our part).
